  5. There is a kimono robe like this one in the Brain Watkins House, I haven't blogged about it yet, but I will over the next couple of days so come and check out what else is in the house. The robe in the Brain Watkins house is black, but the embroidery is identical in style and execution. Do you think it is hand embroidered? Rayon would date it to 1930-1960 don't you think? Would love to hear if you did any more research on it.
